Job Description for the Business Development Manager

Opening: Business Development Manager, Delhi/ Chennai

Candidate Profile/Skill Sets required:

o Preferably from healthcare and education background

o Knowledge of modern strategic techniques for marketing and sales (B2B, B2C)

o Data analysis

o Excellent communication and presentation skills (Structured thinking)

o Willingness to travel

o Knowledge of basic finance and project finance

o Proven ability of effectively selling products/services and forging

o Client relationships over a period of time

o Very strong written and verbal communication skills

o Analytical rigor to structure business cases and package themmeaningfully

Job Description:

o Handle customer acquisition for the training delivery network of EMEL

o Manage Nodal operations of the network

o Plan and run marketing campaigns

o Achieving financial goals of the organization

o New business, business modelling and planning

Experience: 3-5 Years
CTC Range:8-10 Lakh per annum
